We are also specialists in marine and explosion proof lighting. From our headquarters in Birmingham, UK, we offer a wide range of Manufacturing Services.
The key to McGeoch’s manufacturing package is flexibility with all aspects of operation centred in Birmingham, UK. This provides a complementary route to support the rest of the business and allows all our electrical and electronic equipment to be designed, manufactured and assembled completely ‘in-house’ and all under one roof.

Fabrication & Finishing
- Light to medium sheet metal and fabrication services capable of high quality tolerance machining in a wide range of materials.
- Capability to precision punch or waterjet cut aluminium, brass, copper and mild steel sheet in thicknesses from 0.4mm to 5mm and stainless steel from 0.4mm to 3mm.

We have consistently invested in the very latest state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and, as a result, banks of multi-station machining centres now stand side-by-side at our UK headquarters in Birmingham, UK, allowing us to produce even the most complex of components in a variety of materials, efficiently, economically and to the very highest specifications.
As a consequence, we are now not only able to fully service our own manufacturing needs but also offer a flexible, efficient and cost effective sub-contract manufacturing service as well.
As you would expect from such a high-tech operation, drilling, grinding, milling, tapping, threading and turning are all standard everyday processes but recent investment has also allowed the introduction of 4th and 5th axis machining centres, significantly increasing the versatility of our manufacturing process.
